Ed Alonzo's Acting Career
Early TV Shows and Guest Roles
Ed Alonzo has appeared in many popular TV shows. He was in 20 episodes of Saved by the Bell between 1989 and 1990. He also had roles in Head of the Class and Totally Hidden Video.
You might have seen him as a guest star on other famous shows. These include Full House, Murphy Brown, and Xuxa.
Magic and Comedy Performances
Ed Alonzo is also a fantastic magician and comedian. He has performed special daily shows at theme parks. These parks include California's Great America, Knott's Berry Farm, Valleyfair!, and Worlds of Fun.
He even appeared on an episode of America's Next Top Model. In 2009, he worked with pop superstar Britney Spears. He helped create amazing illusions for her "The Circus Starring Britney Spears" tour.

Ed Alonzo was one of the magicians for Michael Jackson's "This Is It" concerts. He was part of Jackson's crew during rehearsals. This included the rehearsal that took place the night before Jackson's passing on June 25, 2009.
Theme Park Shows and Returns
Ed Alonzo has a popular show called "Ed Alonzo's Psycho Circus of Magic and Mayhem". He has performed this show at Knott's Berry Farm's Halloween Haunt.
He also brought his "Psycho Circus of Magic and Mayhem" show to Kings Island in Mason, Ohio. He performed there during the summers of 2012 and 2013. He returned to Worlds of Fun Halloween Haunt for the 2014, 2015, and 2016 seasons. He performed at the Tivoli Theatre during these times.
Return to Saved by the Bell
In recent years, Ed Alonzo returned to a familiar role. He reprised his character Max in the new Saved by the Bell TV series. This show is available on the Peacock streaming network. Max was the magician and owner of Max's Diner in the original series.
