At the 2010 census Edmundson Acres had a population of 279. The population density was 4,195.6 inhabitants per square mile (1,619.9/km2). The racial makeup of Edmundson Acres was 108 (38.7%) White, 5 (1.8%) African American, 3 (1.1%) Native American, 1 (0.4%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 143 (51.3%) from other races, and 19 (6.8%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 225 people (80.6%).
