Edna Bay is a small city located on Kosciusko Island in Alaska, a state in the United States. It's part of the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area.
The community officially became a city on October 13, 2014. As of January 2024, about 51 people live there all year. Another 12 people live there part-time.
Edna Bay is the only town on Kosciusko Island. People who live there full-time often work in fishing or logging. Some also work outside the island for part of the year. Because Edna Bay is very far away, it's hard and expensive to travel to bigger towns in Southeast Alaska. This means many residents get their food by hunting, fishing, and gathering.
