Eesean Bolden (born July 27, 1985) is an American music executive and entrepreneur. A music executive helps artists make music and grow their careers. An entrepreneur starts and runs businesses. He has worked as a Senior Vice President of A&R at Warner Bros. Records since 2016. A&R stands for Artists and Repertoire, and it means finding and developing new music talent. Bolden also founded his own company called Culture Jam.

Early Life and Music Beginnings
Eesean Bolden grew up in Sacramento, California. His parents were an independent R&B music duo called EEon LL’GB. They wrote, recorded, produced, and shared their own album, It Taste Too Good. This inspired Eesean to want a career in music too.
Starting in the Music Industry
When he was 18, Eesean left Sacramento State University. He joined Interscope Records as an unpaid intern in their A&R department. This was his first step into the music business.
Eesean Bolden's Career Journey
Bolden became an executive for Capitol Records in 2011. While there, he signed Mary Lambert, a talented songwriter and singer who later received two Grammy nominations. He also worked with rapper Silento on his very popular song “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)”. Bolden also worked with the group PTAF on their song "...".
Working at Warner Bros.
In 2016, Bolden was appointed Senior Vice President of A&R at Warner Bros. Records. He worked there for almost five years. During his time at Warner Bros., he helped sign several well-known artists. These artists include YFN Lucci, Lil Pump, and Saweetie.
Creating Culture Jam
In 2021, Eesean Bolden released an album called Culture Jam. This album featured many popular hip hop artists and even some athletes. A second Culture Jam album was announced in 2022. In 2014, Bolden was recognized for his work. He was one of the people who received an award at the 7th Annual Toast to Urban Music Executives.
