Elliott is found in the southern part of Dorchester County. It sits on Elliott Island, right next to Fishing Bay. The only road that leads to Elliott is Elliott Island Road. This road goes about 19 miles (31 km) northeast to U.S. Route 50 in a town called Vienna.
