Elton Divino Celio (born on July 7, 1987), known as Eltinho, is a Brazilian football player. He plays as a left back for the Londrina team. A left back is a defender who plays on the left side of the field. Their main job is to stop opposing players from scoring and to help their team attack.

Early Career and First Teams
Eltinho began his youth career at Paraná from 2005 to 2006. He then joined their senior team in 2006. In 2007, he went on loan to Yokohama F. Marinos in Japan. After that, he played for Desportivo Brasil in 2008.
Playing for Big Brazilian Clubs
Eltinho also played for some of Brazil's biggest football clubs. In 2008, he was on loan to Flamengo. From 2009 to 2010, he played for Avaí. He then moved to Internacional in 2010, before returning to Avaí later that year.
Later Career and Current Team
From 2011 to 2016, Eltinho played for Coritiba. During this time, he also had loan spells at Náutico and again at Avaí. He continued to play for various clubs like J. Malucelli, ABC, and Criciúma. From 2019 to 2021, he played for Juventude. He then had a short time at Figueirense in 2021. Currently, Eltinho plays for Londrina.
