Enfield South used to be a small area, or 'locality', within the larger suburb of Croydon Park. It's located in the Inner West part of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Today, it's officially known as a 'neighbourhood' by the NSW Geographical Names Board.
Shops and Services
The Enfield South neighbourhood has clear boundaries. It is surrounded by Mitchell Street to the north and Coronation Parade to the west. Georges River Road is to the south, and Burwood Road is to the east.
You can find the Enfield South post office on Tangarra Street. This street also has an Italian restaurant, a cafe, a newsagent, and a convenience store. At the corner of Tangarra Street and Coronation Parade, there is a chemist and other shops.
The area also includes a works depot for the Burwood Council. Plus, the Enfield Flower Power store is located in this neighbourhood.
