Estahban (pronounced Es-tah-bahn) is a city in Iran. It is located in the Fars Province. Estahban is the main city of its county.

This area is very rich for farming. It grows many important crops. Estahban is famous for its dried figs. It also produces a lot of saffron. Saffron is a special spice. The city grows grain, cotton, walnuts, almonds, and grapes too.
