Falls City is a small city in Karnes County, Texas, United States. In 2020, about 514 people lived there. The city is known for its strong community roots and history.

Falls City is located near a special site. This site was created in 1994 to safely store materials left over from past uranium mining. This project was part of a government plan to clean up and manage these materials.

Many of the first people to settle in Falls City were Polish Catholics. They built the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in 1902, which became an important part of the community.
