Fardin Abedini (Persian: فردین عابدینی) is a professional football player from Iran. He was born on November 18, 1991, in Tabriz. He plays as a defender, usually a right back, but can also play as a Midfielder. He has played for several clubs in Iran, including Esteghlal and Tractor.
Fardin Abedini's Football Journey
Fardin Abedini started his professional football career with Esteghlal in the 2010–11 season. Esteghlal is one of the biggest football clubs in Iran.
After playing for Esteghlal, Fardin was loaned to Tractor. Being "loaned" means he played for Tractor for a while, but his main contract was still with Esteghlal. He played two seasons with Tractor. Unfortunately, he missed his last season there because of a serious injury.
He then returned to Esteghlal for the 2013–14 season. Over the years, Fardin has played for many other Iranian clubs. These include Gostaresh Foolad, Mes Kerman, and he even returned to Tractor again. He has also played for Machine Sazi, Aluminium Arak, and Sanat Naft Abadan.
Achievements and Awards
Fardin Abedini has been part of teams that have done very well in the Iranian Premier Football League. This is the top football league in Iran.
He has been a "runner-up" three times in the league. Being a runner-up means his team finished in second place.
