The Federation Tower (which in Russian is called Башня Федерации, or Bashnya Federatsii) is a very tall building, known as a skyscraper. It's actually made up of two separate skyscrapers! These towers are built in a special area of Moscow, Russia, called the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC). The two towers have names: Tower East, also known as Vostok (which means "East" in Russian), and Tower West, also known as Zapad (which means "West" in Russian).
The Tower East (Vostok) is a supertall skyscraper. It's currently the second-tallest skyscraper in Europe and in Russia, right after the Lakhta Center. It's also one of the tallest buildings in the whole world! Tower West (Zapad) is a bit shorter than Vostok, but it's still very tall and ranks as the 11th-tallest building in Russia.
