Felix Adjei (born December 12, 1990) is a professional footballer from Ghana. He plays as a left midfielder. Currently, he plays for the Austrian team Pinzgau Saalfelden.
Adjei has played for several clubs in his career. These include FC Liefering, Red Bull Salzburg, and Umeå FC.

Felix Adjei started his football journey in Ghana. He played for Red Bull Ghana as a young player until 2010.
Early Professional Career
In 2010, Adjei moved to Austria. He joined FC Liefering, where he played for five years until 2015. During this time, he played in 89 games and scored 17 goals.
In 2011, he also played one game for FC Red Bull Salzburg. This was a big step in his early career.
Playing in Sweden and Back to Austria
