The Felton River (or rivière Felton in French) is a river in Quebec, Canada. It flows into Grand lac Saint François, which is the main lake where the Saint-François River begins. The Felton River flows through the town of Saint-Romain. This area is part of the Le Granit Regional County Municipality (often called an MRC) in the Estrie region. This region is located on the south side of the St. Lawrence River.
