Fillmore is a small village located in Montgomery County, Illinois, in the United States. In 2020, about 305 people lived there. It is a quiet place in the southeastern part of Montgomery County.

Geography of Fillmore
Fillmore is found in the southeastern part of Montgomery County. It is about 14 miles (22.5 km) east-southeast of Hillsboro. Hillsboro is the main town, or county seat, of Montgomery County. Fillmore is also about 18 miles (29 km) northwest of Vandalia.
Land and Water
The village of Fillmore covers a total area of about 1.02 square miles (2.64 square kilometers). All of this area is land. There are no large lakes or rivers within the village limits. A small stream called Lanes Branch flows through the western side of Fillmore. This stream eventually joins the Dry Fork of Hurricane Creek. This creek is part of the larger Kaskaskia River system.
