What the Croatian Flag Looks Like
The Croatian flag is easy to spot with its bright colors. The top stripe is red, the middle one is white, and the bottom one is blue. These colors are often called the "Pan-Slavic colors" and are used by many Slavic nations. The special part of the flag is the coat of arms in the center. It's a shield with a checkerboard pattern of red and white squares. Above the shield, there's a crown made of five smaller shields, each representing a historical region of Croatia.
