The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower is a very tall building, called a skyscraper, in Miami, Florida. It has 70 floors and is about 781 feet (238 meters) high. This makes it one of the tallest buildings in both Miami and Florida.

Inside the tower, you'll find a fancy Four Seasons Hotel. There are also offices and many homes called condominiums on the higher floors. It's a building used for many different things!

Building the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower started in 2000. It was finished in 2003. The building was made with strong steel and special concrete. This helps it stay safe during strong winds, like those from a hurricane. For 14 years, it was the tallest building in Miami and Florida. Then, in 2017, the Panorama Tower became even taller.

The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower is a huge building with many different parts. It's designed to be a place where people can stay, work, and live.

  • The tower has office spaces from floors 8 to 17.

Lobbies and Common Areas

  • The building has three main entrance areas, called lobbies.

  • A third lobby is on the seventh floor. This one is for the hotel guests and conference rooms.
  • On the seventh floor, there is also a large outdoor pool area. It's about two acres big and sits on top of the parking garage.
