Franklintown is a small town, also called a borough, located in York County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. In 2020, about 518 people lived there. It is part of the larger York–Hanover metropolitan area.
Franklintown was first settled in 1813. It officially became a borough in 1869. The town is governed by a Borough Council, and its mayor is Robert Wolfe.
