Freshwater Place is a very tall apartment building, also known as a skyscraper. It is located in the Southbank area of Melbourne, Australia. Many families and people live here, as it has a total of 536 apartments.

This tall building is divided into three main parts: the podium (base), the mid-rise, and the high-rise sections.
What Cool Things Are Inside?
Freshwater Place has some amazing features for its residents. On the 40th floor, there's a special area called the "Skyline Club." Here, you can find an infinity pool, a spa, a steam room, a gym, and even a movie theatre!
The 10th floor also has lots of fun things to do. There's another swimming pool, a spa, and a steam room. You can also use the gym, a media room, and a business center. Outside, there are BBQ areas and a large rooftop garden, which is about half an acre in size.
Where is Freshwater Place Located?
Freshwater Place is in a great spot in Melbourne. It sits right across the river from the main city area, known as the Melbourne CBD.
It is also very close to other famous buildings. These include the Eureka Tower, Prima Pearl, and the Crown Casino. From Freshwater Place, you get amazing views of the Yarra River and much of the Melbourne city skyline.
