Gabriel Davis (born April 1, 1999) is an American professional football player. He is a wide receiver for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the National Football League (NFL). A wide receiver is a player who catches passes from the quarterback.
Davis played college football at UCF. The Buffalo Bills chose him in the 2020 NFL Draft. People sometimes call him "Big-Game Gabe" because he plays very well in important games.

Early Life and High School Football
Gabriel Davis grew up in Sanford, Florida. He went to Seminole High School. There, he played high school football.
In his final year, he caught 69 passes for 1,347 yards. He also scored 17 touchdowns. This amazing performance earned him top honors in Florida. After high school, he decided to play college football at the University of Central Florida (UCF).
College Career at UCF
Davis started playing for UCF in 2017 as a freshman. He played in all 13 games that season. He caught 27 passes and scored four touchdowns.
In 2018, his second year, he continued to play a big role. He caught 53 passes for 815 yards and scored seven touchdowns. By his junior year in 2019, he was a key player. He caught 72 passes for 1,241 yards. After this successful season, Davis decided to enter the 2020 NFL draft.

Professional NFL Career
Buffalo Bills
2020 Season: Rookie Year
The Buffalo Bills picked Gabriel Davis in the fourth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He was the 128th player chosen overall. Davis signed a four-year contract with the Bills.
In his second game, he scored his first professional touchdown. It was a six-yard catch from quarterback Josh Allen. Later, he caught four passes for 81 yards in another game. He finished his first season with 35 catches for 599 yards. He also scored seven touchdowns.
In the playoffs, Davis helped the Bills win their first playoff game in 25 years. He caught four passes for 85 yards.
2021 Season: Playoff Star
In 2021, Davis played in 16 games. He caught 35 passes for 539 yards and six touchdowns. The Bills won their division for the second year in a row.
In the playoffs, Davis had an amazing game against the Kansas City Chiefs. He caught eight passes for 201 yards. He also scored an NFL record four touchdowns in a single playoff game. He became one of only nine players in NFL history to gain over 200 receiving yards in a playoff game.

He finished the 2022 season with 48 catches for 836 yards. He scored seven touchdowns in 15 games. In the playoffs, he had six catches for 113 yards and a touchdown.
2023 Season: Team Captain

Jacksonville Jaguars
