Gelmin's Club Journey
Gelmin Rivas started his professional football journey in Venezuela. He played for Deportivo Anzoátegui from 2009 to 2013. During this time, he scored 23 goals in 80 games.
After that, he moved to Deportivo Táchira in 2013. He continued to be a strong scorer there, netting 40 goals in 76 matches until 2015.
Playing Abroad
Gelmin then moved to play for clubs outside Venezuela. He joined Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia in 2015. He scored 19 goals in 25 games for them.
In 2016, he moved to Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates. He played 26 games and scored 13 goals.
He returned to Saudi Arabia in 2017 to play for Al-Hilal. He stayed there until 2019, scoring 10 goals in 36 appearances.
