Genevieve O'Reilly is an actress from Ireland and Australia. She is famous for playing Mon Mothma in the Star Wars movies and TV shows. You might have seen her as Mon Mothma in Revenge of the Sith, Rogue One, Andor, and Ahsoka.
Genevieve has also acted in many other films. These include the science fiction movie Avatar (2004). She also appeared in the historical drama The Young Victoria (2009). Another film she was in is the romantic movie Forget Me Not (2010). In 2016, she played Tarzan's mother in The Legend of Tarzan.

Genevieve O'Reilly was born in Dublin, Ireland. She grew up in Adelaide, Australia. She is the oldest of four children in her family.
When she was 20, Genevieve moved to Sydney. There, she studied acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art. She finished her studies in the year 2000.
