Where is Georgiana Located?
Georgiana is in the southern part of Butler County. It's found at a latitude of 31.64 degrees North and a longitude of 86.74 degrees West.
A major highway, Interstate 65, runs near the town. You can get to Georgiana from exit 114. Another important road, U.S. Route 31, goes through the eastern side of town.
Georgiana is about 16 miles north of Greenville, which is the main city in Butler County. If you travel on I-65, it's about 58 miles north to Montgomery, the capital city of Alabama. It's also about 110 miles southwest to Mobile.
The town covers a total area of about 6.3 square miles (16.3 square kilometers). All of this area is land.
