A Notable Event in 1984

On December 14, 1984, the First Bank of Chattanooga in Geronimo was the site of a serious bank robbery. Two individuals, Jay Wesley Neill and Robert Grady Johnson, were involved in the incident. They were later arrested in San Francisco a few days after the event. Both individuals were brought back to Oklahoma to face charges related to the robbery.
