Glen Plake, born on September 9, 1964, is a famous American skier. He is so well-known that he is part of the US National Ski Hall of Fame! Glen grew up near Lake Tahoe, where he learned to ski at a place called Heavenly Valley. He became famous for appearing in exciting ski films, like The Blizzard of Aahhhs. Many people, including ESPN, consider him a pioneer of extreme skiing in America. Glen also hosted a TV show called Reel Thrills on RSN.

Glen Plake married his wife, Kimberly, in 1991.
