Good Hope is a city located in Cullman County, Alabama, in the United States. It became an official city in April 1962.
In 2010, about 2,264 people lived in Good Hope. By 2020, the population had grown to 2,483 people.

Where is Good Hope?
Good Hope is found near the middle of Cullman County. It is located at 34°6'32" North and 86°52'2" West.
The city of Cullman, which is the county seat, is located just northeast of Good Hope.
Interstate 65 is a major highway that goes through Good Hope. You can get on or off the highway at Exit 304. This highway connects Good Hope to bigger cities. If you go south on I-65, you will reach Birmingham in about 45 miles. If you head north, you can get to Huntsville in about 57 miles by taking Interstate 565.
The U.S. Census Bureau says that Good Hope covers a total area of about 7.9 square miles (20.7 square kilometers). Most of this area, about 7.85 square miles (20.6 square kilometers), is land. A small part, about 0.05 square miles (0.1 square kilometers), is water.

Schools in Good Hope
Good Hope has a great school system for students of all ages. All four schools are part of the Cullman County Board of Education.
- Good Hope Primary School teaches students from pre-kindergarten to 2nd grade.
- Good Hope Elementary School is for students in 3rd to 5th grade.
- Good Hope Middle School serves students in 6th to 8th grade.
- Good Hope High School has about 395 students in grades 9-12. Their mascot is the Raiders, and their school colors are red and white. Their sports teams compete in the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 4A.
