Grentzingen was once a small town, also known as a commune, in eastern France. It was located in the Haut-Rhin department.
On January 1, 2016, Grentzingen joined with other nearby communes. It became part of a new, larger commune called Illtal. This means Grentzingen no longer exists as a separate commune.
