Augustus Richard Kenworthy, born on October 1, 1991, is a talented British-American athlete. He is known as a former freestyle skier, an actor, and a YouTuber. Gus competed in exciting events like slopestyle, halfpipe, and big air.

He won a silver medal in men's slopestyle at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. Since 2019, Kenworthy has represented Great Britain in competitions. He also played the character Chet Clancy in the TV show American Horror Story: 1984.

Gus Kenworthy was born in Chelmsford, Essex, England. His mother, Heather "Pip" Tyler, is English, and his father, Peter Kenworthy, is American. Gus has two older brothers named Hugh and Nick.

In 1993, when Gus was just two years old, his family moved to the United States. They settled in Telluride, Colorado.

Gus finished high school at Telluride High School in June 2010. He could have graduated a year earlier in 2009. However, he decided to take a year off to focus on his skiing.
