Hammond is a small village located in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2010, about 1,922 people lived there. The village is part of the larger Town of Hammond. It was once known for a fun event called the Running of the Llamas!

History of Hammond
Hammond got its name in 1856 from R. B. Hammond. He was one of the first people to own land where the village now stands. A post office has been open in Hammond since 1858, helping people send and receive mail for a very long time.
