Harmodio Arias Madrid (born July 3, 1886 – died December 23, 1962) was an important Panamanian politician. He served as the President of Panama two times.

His first time as president was for a short period in January 1931. Later, he became president again from June 5, 1932, to October 1, 1936. He won the presidential election in 1932 to get this second term.
