Hasan Hüsnü Saka (born 1885, died 1960) was an important Turkish politician. He served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and later became the prime minister of Turkey.

Hasan Saka's Political Journey
Hasan Saka finished his studies at the "Mülkiye Mektebi" (School of Civil Service) in 1908. After graduating, he began working for the government. He joined the "Divan-ı Muhasebat," which was like a Council of Accounts.
Early Career and Education
In 1909, the Ottoman government sent Hasan Saka to France. This was so he could continue his education. He studied diplomacy at the School of Political Science. After finishing his studies, he came back home. He then continued his work in the government.
Entering Parliament
Hasan Saka was chosen to be a member of the Ottoman Parliament. This was in Istanbul during its very last term. He kept his position until the parliament was closed down. Later, on January 28, 1921, he was elected to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. He represented the city of Trabzon.
International Role
Hasan Saka was also part of the Turkish team at the Lausanne Conference. This was a very important meeting. It helped to set the borders and terms for the new Republic of Turkey.
Becoming a Minister
On September 13, 1944, Hasan Saka was given a big job. He became the Minister of Foreign Affairs. He held this position until September 9, 1947. At that time, the entire government cabinet resigned.
Serving as Prime Minister
Just one day later, on September 10, 1947, Hasan Saka was appointed prime minister. He formed his second government on June 10, 1948. He resigned from being prime minister on September 9, 1949. However, he continued to serve as a member of parliament.
End of Political Life
Hasan Saka's political career ended in 1954. He decided not to run for parliament again. He passed away on July 29, 1960, in Istanbul. He was buried at the Zincirlikuyu Cemetery.
