Hendrick Rudolf "Henk" Chin A Sen (simplified Chinese: 陈亚先; traditional Chinese: 陳亞先; pinyin: Chén Yàxiān) was an important political leader in Suriname. He was born on January 18, 1934, and passed away on August 11, 1999. He served as the President of Suriname from August 15, 1980, to February 4, 1982. Before becoming president, he was also the Prime Minister of Suriname.
