Holland is a small town in Dubois County, Indiana, in the United States. It is part of Cass Township. In 2020, about 619 people lived there. Holland is also part of the Jasper area, which is a group of towns connected by jobs and daily life.

History of Holland

Holland was officially started in 1859 by Henry Kunz. He was from Germany. The town was named after the country of Holland (also known as The Netherlands).

The town has had its own post office since 1856. This means people in Holland have been sending and receiving mail for a very long time!

Before 1972, Holland had its own high school. The school colors were red and white, and their mascot was the Dutchmen. In 1972, Holland High School joined with Southridge High School.
