A Look at Holton's Past
Holton once had its very own post office. This post office was open for business between 1889 and 1903. Even though it's no longer there, it shows that Holton was an active community more than a hundred years ago.
Education in Holton
One of the most important places in Holton today is Pleasant View Elementary School. As of 2020, this school is one of only three elementary schools still operating in all of Morgan County. It serves as a central point for the community's younger students.
