Hualañé is a town and a commune in Chile. A commune is like a local district or area. It is located in the Curicó Province, which is part of Chile's Maule Region.
This town is in the beautiful valley of the Mataquito River. The people here mostly work in farming. They grow things like tomatoes, potatoes, and grapes. These grapes are used to make wine. The whole commune covers an area of about 629 square kilometers.
