The Huallanca mountain range is a group of mountains in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Ancash Region, specifically in the Bolognesi Province. The name "Huallanca" might come from the Quechua language, possibly meaning "mountain range" or a type of cactus. It is also known by other names like Chaupi Janca or Shicra Shicra.

This mountain range is quite small, stretching for about 19 kilometers (12 miles). It sits southeast of the Cordillera Blanca and north of the Huayhuash mountain range.

Near the town of Aquia, there is a smaller mountain group called Huaman Hueque. Its name might come from Quechua words meaning "falcon" or "tear". Some people consider Huaman Hueque to be a part of the Huallanca range. The mountain Kikash is the most important peak in the Huaman Hueque area.
