The Hudman Glacier is a large river of ice found in Antarctica. It is located in the Ellsworth Mountains, which are part of the Sentinel Range. This glacier flows from the south side of Mount Landolt, moving towards the south-southeast. It eventually joins another glacier called the Minnesota Glacier.
Scientists from the United States Geological Survey mapped Hudman Glacier between 1957 and 1959. They used surveys and air photos taken by the United States Navy. The glacier was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names. It honors Captain Rayburn A. Hudman of the United States Marine Corps. Captain Hudman was a brave pilot who passed away during an important mission in Antarctica in 1956.
