Ibrahim Ba (born on January 12, 1973) is a former professional footballer from France. He played as a right midfielder. Ibrahim Ba started his career in France with Le Havre in the early 1990s. He later played for teams in Italy, England, Turkey, and Sweden. He finished his playing career at AC Milan in 2008. From 1997 to 1998, he played eight games for the French national team and scored two goals.

Ibrahim Ba's Football Journey
Starting Out in France
Ibrahim Ba was born in Dakar, Senegal. He began his football career in 1991 with the French club Le Havre AC. He was not yet 18 years old when he joined the team. Ba played for Le Havre for five years.
In 1996, he moved to another French club, Bordeaux. While playing for Bordeaux, his team reached the final of the Coupe de la Ligue.
Playing for AC Milan
In 1997, Ibrahim Ba moved from Bordeaux to Milan, a famous club in Italy. He helped Milan win the Serie A title in the 1998–99 season.
Later, he was loaned to AC Perugia, another Italian team. During this time, he got a knee injury. In 2001, he went on another loan to Olympique de Marseille in France. Ba returned to Milan and was part of the team that won the UEFA Champions League and the Coppa Italia in the 2002–03 season. Even though he was not a regular starter, he contributed to their success.
Time in England
In 2003, Ibrahim Ba left Milan and joined Bolton Wanderers in England. He helped Bolton reach the final of the 2004 Football League Cup final. He played in the semi-final games where Bolton beat Aston Villa. However, he was not in the squad for the final match, which Bolton lost to Middlesbrough. His last game for Bolton was in March 2004 against Chelsea.
Moving to Turkey and Sweden
After one season with Bolton, Ibrahim Ba moved to Turkey. He joined Çaykur Rizespor on a one-year contract in August 2004.
On February 6, 2005, Ba signed a two-year contract with Djurgårdens IF, a Swedish team. In his first season with Djurgården, the team won both the Allsvenskan league and the Svenska Cupen (Swedish Cup). He played 14 games and scored one goal for Djurgården. His contract ended in January 2006, and he left the club.
Final Years at AC Milan
In early 2007, Ba went back to Italy to train with a team called Varese. This helped him get back in shape. In June 2007, he traveled with the AC Milan team to Athens. They were there for the UEFA Champions League final, which Milan won against Liverpool. After this, Ba agreed to a one-year contract to play for Milan again.
At the end of the 2007–08 season, he played only one game for Milan in the Coppa Italia. After this season, he decided to stop playing football professionally. He then became a scout for AC Milan in Africa. A scout helps find new talented players for the team.
Playing for France
Ibrahim Ba played eight games for the French national team between 1997 and 1998. He scored two goals for his country. Both of his goals came in friendly matches. He scored against Portugal and South Africa.
