Illinois Bend is a small, unincorporated community located in Montague County, Texas, in the United States. An unincorporated community means it's a place where people live, but it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. According to the Handbook of Texas, about 30 people lived here in 2000. By 2020, the population grew a little to 40.

The number dropped to 30 by 2000, but then increased to 40 in 2020.
