Im Sa-hong (Hangul: 임사홍; Hanja: 任士洪; 1445–1506) was an important government official and scholar during Korea's Joseon Dynasty. He was a trusted minister who worked closely with King Yeonsangun of Joseon. His courtesy name, which was a special name used by scholars, was Yiui.

Im Sa-hong's Family Life

Im Sa-hong came from a notable family. His father was Im Won-jun. His mother was Lady Nam of the Uiryeong Nam clan.

He was married to Lady Yi of the Jeonju Yi clan. She was the daughter of Prince Boseong, Yi Gab.

Im Sa-hong and Lady Yi had several children:
