The ISEG group is a school group in France. Its name means "Advanced European Institute of Management" in French. It is made of two main schools: ISEG Marketing & Communication School and ISG Programme Business & Management.
ISEG Marketing & Communication School started in 1980. ISG Programme Business & Management was formed in 2014. This happened when two other schools, ISEG Business School and ISEG Finance School (both started in 1980), joined together. In 2017, ISEG Business & Finance School also joined with the Business & Management program of the ISG Business School.
The ISEG group has campuses in several French cities. These include Paris, Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Strasbourg, and Toulouse. The group mainly teaches students about how to start and run their own businesses.

History of ISEG Group
Starting in Paris and Expanding
The Institut supérieur européen de gestion first opened in Paris in 1980. After its start, the school began to open more campuses in other cities.
- In 1986, a campus opened in Bordeaux.
- In 1987, a campus opened in Toulouse.
- In 1988, a campus opened in Lille.
- In 1989, campuses opened in Nantes and Strasbourg.
- In 1990, a campus opened in Lyon.
New Study Programs and Buildings
In 1990, the school added new study programs. These programs lasted for four or five years after students finished their Baccalauréat (high school diploma).
In 1996, ISEG Paris moved into new buildings. In 1997, ISEG Bordeaux also opened a new campus. A special entrance exam called concours PRISM was started in 2001. New five-year programs were introduced in 2002. From 2003 to 2004, new buildings were opened in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, and Toulouse. Another new building opened in Strasbourg in 2007.
Forming an Education Group
In 2010, the ISEG Group was officially created. This group brought together three independent universities. These universities offer degrees that are recognized at a high level in France. They are also members of the AACSB.
In September 2014, a new campus opened in Paris. This campus focused on digital and innovative studies. It brought together the ISEG group with other schools like Sup'Internet and E-Artsup.
School Mergers
In September 2014, ISEG Business School and ISEG Finance School joined together. They formed a new school called ISEG Business & Finance School.
Later, in September 2017, ISEG Business & Finance School merged again. This time, it joined with the Business & Management program of the ISG Business School.
