Irvin Lee Baxter Jr. (born July 8, 1945 – died November 3, 2020) was an American Christian minister. He was known for being a televangelist, which means he shared religious messages on TV. He was also an author and studied the Bible deeply.

Baxter hosted a TV show called End of The Age. This show was about Biblical prophecy, which are predictions found in the Bible. He also started an organization called Endtime Ministries. This group focused on sharing his ideas about the end times, a topic in Christian belief. Before starting Endtime Ministries, Baxter was a pastor at a church called Oak Park Church. He passed away in Plano, Texas, due to complications from COVID-19.

Life and Career

Irvin Baxter Jr. became very interested in Bible prophecy when he was 19 years old. He read the book of Revelation many times to understand it better. This led him to spend a lot of time studying Christian beliefs about the future.

In 1986, Baxter wrote a book called A Message for the President. In this book, he talked about how modern countries like Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States might be mentioned in the Bible. He also predicted that the Berlin Wall would come down and Germany would reunite. He believed these events would lead to a new world order.

His organization started publishing Endtime Magazine in 1991. Later, in 1994, Baxter published another book, Mideast Treaty. This book shared his predictions about the final seven years before the Battle of Armageddon. In 1995, he released lessons called Understanding the Endtime to help people learn about his views.

Baxter also wrote two fiction books. China War and the Third Temple (2001) showed his ideas about the near future. Dark Intentions (2004) was a story about a young boy who could foresee world events.

Endtime Ministries

Endtime Ministries was founded by Irvin Baxter Jr. in 1991. This organization was created to share his teachings on Bible prophecy.

For a while, Endtime Ministries operated out of a church building in Richmond, Indiana, where Baxter was a pastor. As the ministry grew, it needed more space. In 2002, Baxter bought the Oak Park Church building. This allowed Endtime Ministries to expand its operations. Later, Irvin Baxter moved to Dallas, Texas. There, he became a full-time radio and television evangelist.

Baxter also hosted a radio show called Politics and Religion, which started in 1998. He also held one-day conferences across the U.S. to discuss his teachings on prophecy. His ideas about Armageddon were also shared in a DVD called America’s God-Given Destiny.
