Jacques Rashaud McClendon (born December 10, 1987) is an American who used to play professional football. He was a center, which is a key position on the offensive line. The Indianapolis Colts picked him in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL draft when he was coming out of college. He played college football for the University of Tennessee. Today, Jacques works for the Los Angeles Rams as their Director of Football Affairs. He also helps with the Knight Commission for Intercollegiate Athletics, which looks at college sports.

Early Life and High School Football
Jacques McClendon grew up in Cleveland, Tennessee. He was a very talented football player in high school. He was even chosen to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl. This special game features the best high school football players from all over the country. Jacques was also named the Gatorade Player of the Year for Tennessee. This award goes to the top high school athlete in the state.
College Football Career
After high school, Jacques went to the University of Tennessee to play college football. He played in 49 games for the Tennessee Volunteers. He started 26 of those games, showing he was a key player. Jacques was also a great student. He was named Academic All-SEC three times. He even earned a master's degree in Sports Management.
Playing in the NFL
Jacques McClendon played for several teams in the NFL. He was known as a strong offensive lineman.
Indianapolis Colts
