Jayley Woo Jia Qi (born on December 27, 1991) is an actress and businesswoman from Singapore. She used to be a full-time actress for MediaCorp from 2012 to 2018. Jayley has an identical twin sister, Hayley Woo, who is also an actress. Jayley is the younger of the two sisters.

Early Life and Education
Jayley Woo was born to parents from Malaysia. She went to Tanglin Secondary School and later studied at ITE College West in Clementi.
Acting Career
Before becoming a full-time actress, Jayley Woo was a blogger. She wrote blogs with her twin sister, Hayley Woo, and they were known as "Jay On The Hay."
Starting Out in Acting
In 2012, Jayley began her acting journey in a TV series called Jump!. She acted alongside famous stars like Jeanette Aw and Zhang Zhenhuan. Her role in Jump! was so good that she was nominated for the Best Newcomer award at the Star Awards 2013. This award celebrates new actors who show great talent.
Popular Roles and Awards
After her strong start, Jayley continued to appear in many TV shows. In 2013, she acted in C.L.I.F., 96°C Cafe, and The Dream Makers. She also had a small appearance in Sudden.
The next year, 2014, she filmed The Caregivers, C.L.I.F. 3, and Against The Tide. Her popularity grew, and she was nominated for the Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes award at the Star Awards 2015. She then won this award two years in a row, at the Star Awards 2016 and Star Awards 2017. This award is given to the most popular female stars based on fan votes.
In 2015, Jayley was busy with shows like You Can Be an Angel Too, Tiger Mom, and Super Senior. She also made a brief appearance in The Journey: Our Homeland.
First Main Role and Later Projects
Jayley got her first main role in a TV series in 2016, playing a lead character in The Queen. That same year, she also filmed Beyond Words and Peace & Prosperity. She had guest roles in Hero and a web series called Soul Reaper.
In 2017, she continued to act in shows such as Dream Coder, Have A Little Faith, and Life Less Ordinary.
By 2018, Jayley finished filming for a web series called Love At Cavenagh Bridge and a science fiction English series called Glitch!. She also starred in Jalan Jalan.
Leaving MediaCorp
In July 2018, Jayley Woo decided to leave MediaCorp as a full-time artist. She shared on social media that she would still take on acting roles that she liked. It was reported that she was looking for new opportunities, possibly in other countries like China.
Personal Life
Jayley Woo was in a relationship with actor Aloysius Pang starting in 2017. After his passing in 2019, Jayley shared that they had planned to announce their relationship publicly after they got married.
On October 23, 2022, Jayley announced that she was engaged to Bryan Tan. Bryan works as a senior director for business development and events at PCCW Media Group under Viu (Southeast Asia). At the same time, she also shared that she was expecting a baby. Jayley and Bryan officially registered their marriage on December 27, 2022. Their daughter, Jan Tan, was born on January 20, 2023.
Their daughter's name, Jan, comes from the month she was born, January. She also has a cute nickname, "Fried Egg," which comes from a Chinese slang term related to her English name.
