Early Life and High School Basketball
Jeff Trepagnier grew up in Los Angeles, California. He played basketball at Compton High School in Compton, California.
College Career at USC
After high school, Trepagnier went on to play college basketball for the USC Trojans. He was a talented athlete who also competed in track and field.
In 2000, he showed his amazing athletic skills by taking second place in the high jump at the Pac-10 Championships. He jumped 7 feet, 1 inch high! This was one of the best jumps in USC school history.
Professional Basketball Journey
Jeff Trepagnier was chosen by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round of the 2001 NBA draft. He was the 35th player picked overall.
He played in 31 NBA games during his career. He played 12 games for the Cavaliers and 19 games for the Denver Nuggets.
Playing in the NBA D-League
After his time in the NBA, Trepagnier played for several teams in the NBA D-League (now called the G-League). This league helps players develop their skills.
