Jeremy Rose (born April 1, 1979) is an American jockey who rides Thoroughbred racehorses. He started his professional racing career at Delaware Park in Wilmington, Delaware. In 2001, he had a fantastic year. He was voted the best apprentice jockey in the United States, winning the Eclipse Award for Outstanding Apprentice Jockey.

In 2005, Jeremy Rose rode a famous horse named Afleet Alex. Together, they won two very important races. These were the Preakness and Belmont Stakes. These races are part of the American Classic Races. His great riding that year earned him the ESPY Award. This award recognized him as the top American jockey of 2005. On July 3, 2005, he achieved his 1000th career victory at Delaware Park.

Jeremy Rose currently lives in Elkton, Maryland.

Jeremy Rose grew up in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. When he was in high school, he was a top wrestler. He attended Bellefonte Area High School.
