Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg (born September 27, 1981) is an American athlete. He is famous for two exciting sports: freestyle motocross (FMX) and off-road racing with trucks. Jeremy got his cool nickname "Twitch" because he has Tourette's syndrome. This is a condition that causes sudden, quick movements or sounds. He was diagnosed with it when he was eight years old. Jeremy started riding dirt bikes when he was only two! His dad wanted to spend more time with him and keep him safe.

Jeremy's TV Appearances and Racing

Jeremy Stenberg has been on TV shows. In 2006, he was in an MTV show called True Life: I Have Tourette's Syndrome. This show helped people understand his condition better.

Later, in 2011, he starred in a VH1 reality series called The X-Life. This show followed the lives of extreme sports athletes and their families. Jeremy was on it with other famous riders like Cory Nastazio and Pierre-Luc Gagnon.

Besides motocross, Jeremy also loves racing off-road trucks. He competes in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series. He even won the championship in the Super Lite truck category in 2010! In 2015, he tried racing in the X Games' Stadium Super Trucks event.

Jeremy also had his own DVD called Twitch: Hoodrich. It showed off his amazing riding skills.
