Playing Career Highlights
With the Braves, Jerry became a regular player at third base. In 1976, he was recognized as one of the best new players by being named to the Topps All-Star Rookie Roster.
After nine years with the Braves, Royster joined the San Diego Padres. In 1987, he played for both the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees. He returned to the Braves for his final season in 1988 before retiring.
