Jessica Schultz (born January 2, 1985) is a former American curler. She is known for being a two-time Olympian and a three-time U.S. Champion in the sport. Today, she helps lead the Women’s National Team and Juniors programs at the United States Curling Association.

Jessica Schultz's Curling Journey
Jessica Schultz was part of the United States women's curling team at the 2006 Winter Olympics. This big event took place in Turin, Italy.
In March 2006, Jessica took on the role of "skip" for Team USA. The skip is like the captain of a curling team. Under her leadership, the team finished fourth in the U.S. World Team Trials.
Winning Championships
In 2011, Jessica joined a team led by Erika Brown. This team had great success!
- They won the 2013 United States Women's Curling Championship.
- This win meant they got to represent the U.S. at the 2013 World Women's Curling Championship. They played well, finishing fourth after a close game against Canada.
Olympic Dreams Come True
Jessica's team also earned a spot in the 2014 United States Olympic Curling Trials. They did very well in the first part of the competition. Then, they won a special series of games against another top team. This victory meant they would go to the 2014 Winter Olympics!
After Competitive Curling
After her time as a competitive curler, Jessica moved back to Alaska. She wanted to help curling grow in her home state. She even started a group called curlAK to do just that.
In May 2020, the United States Curling Association announced exciting news. Jessica Schultz would become the new Director of the Women’s National Team & Juniors programs. This means she now helps guide young curlers and the top women's teams in the U.S.
About Jessica's Life
Jessica Schultz used to live in Duluth, Minnesota. While she was a student at Lake Superior College, she studied physical therapy.
