Joshua Baret Henderson (born October 25, 1981) is an American actor, model, and singer. He is well-known for playing John Ross Ewing III in the TV show Dallas from 2012 to 2014. He also played Austin McCann in Desperate Housewives and appeared in movies like Step Up. Josh first became famous on the singing competition show Popstars 2, where he joined the pop group Scene 23.

Josh Henderson was born in Dallas, Texas, on October 25, 1981. He grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and went to Memorial High School there.
Josh has a unique feature called heterochromia. This means his eyes are different colors. His left eye is green, and his right eye is blue.
Josh's Career Journey
Josh Henderson started his career on the reality TV show Popstars in its second season. He won a spot in the music group Scene 23. After his time with Scene 23, Josh began acting and modeling. He also continued to work on his music.
Early Acting Roles
From 2002 to 2004, Josh appeared in ads for Skechers shoes. He also acted in several TV shows. These included Maybe It's Me, Do Over, One on One, Rodney, and 8 Simple Rules... for Dating My Teenage Daughter.

In 2011, Josh got a big role in the new Dallas TV series. He played John Ross Ewing III, the son of Sue Ellen and J.R. Ewing. The show started on June 13, 2012. Many TV critics said Josh was the "breakout star" of the series. People also liked the chemistry between Josh and Julie Gonzalo (who played Pamela Rebecca Barnes) in the second season. The Dallas series ended after three seasons in 2014.
In 2015, Josh was cast as the main male lead in the TV drama The Arrangement. He played Kyle West, a very popular actor in Hollywood. This show finished after two seasons in May 2018.
In 2019, Josh starred in the Hallmark Channel movie Time For Me To Come Home For Christmas. This movie helped kick off the channel's Christmas programming that year.
