Justine Bateman (born February 19, 1966) is an American filmmaker, author, and former actress. She is well-known for her acting roles in TV shows like Family Ties, Men Behaving Badly, and Desperate Housewives. She also appeared in films such as Satisfaction and The TV Set.
Justine is also a talented filmmaker. She wrote and directed her first feature film, Violet, which was shown at the 2021 SXSW Film Festival. She also wrote, directed, and produced a short film called Five Minutes. This film premiered at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival. In 2006, Justine appeared in an episode of Arrested Development. Her character was thought to be the sister of Michael Bluth, who was played by her real-life brother, Jason Bateman. She also had recurring roles in shows like Men in Trees, Still Standing, and Desperate Housewives.
